Who We Are
Welcome To Double Diamond Rentals
We provide furnished single-family homes to travel professionals, vacationers, and families in the best and safest places in Central Arkansas, Middle Tennessee, and South Florida. In 2017, our founder moved from Arkansas and offered his family home to travel nurses. He quickly saw that travel professionals had a hard time finding furnished homes in safe neighborhoods, and that's exactly what he had. By 2022, that one home had grown into many: modern, newly furnished, and in the best cities and neighborhoods we could find. He brought in a friend of nearly 40 years as a partner, and Double Diamond Rentals was born.

How We Operate
We manage every property ourselves, no third-party management companies. We believe personal service makes the difference, especially when you're moving somewhere unfamiliar. All our homes are in safe, quiet neighborhoods with hospitals nearby and easy access to local amenities. Today our properties are filled with travel nurses, vacationers, families waiting to buy their own homes, and military personnel. The number one thing guests say? They love the neighborhoods, and how well the homes are furnished. We're proud of that.
